* Patenga Beach
Patenga Beach is one of the most visited beaches in Bangladesh. This is a beautiful sea beach near the city. It is close to the beginning of the Karnaphuli River. People come here to remove the monotony of life and enjoy the beautiful view of the Bay of Bengal. Bangladesh Naval Academy is very close to the beach. Swimming is not recommended in the sea because of its narrow width. Patenga sea beach is located 14 kilometers south of the center of Chittagong.
* Central Railway Building
Central Railway Building is publicly known as CRB located in the middle of the Chittagong. It is one of the oldest British colonial rules that made the building of the city. The construction work of the building was completed in 1872. It is used for the office of General Manager of Bangladesh Railway (East). Everyday many people come here to spend there time. On the open stage which is surrounded by several Shireesh trees ( Albizia Tree) every year celebrated Bengali New year or Pahela Boishakh at CRB.
* Shadinata Complex

Shadhinata Complex is also known as Mini Bangladesh or Shaheed Zia Smriti Complex is located at Kalurghat, Chittagong. In this complex features replica of Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, Central Shahid Minar, National Martyrs’ Memorial, Curzon Hall, Ahsan Manjil, Choto Sona Mosque, Kantajew Temple, Lalbag Fort, Paharpur Monastery, Church of Saint Nicholas, Baro Khutii, etc. There is an amusement park complete with paddleboats, carousel, Ferris wheel, bumper car, roller coaster, and a mini train. This complex includes a 71-meter tower which has a revolving restaurant. From the tower, you can see the view of the Chittagong city area.

* Zia Memorial Museum
The Old Circuit House is presently known as the Zia Memorial Museum which was built in 1913 in the city of Chittagong. It was used as the living place for government officials, in 1993 it was turned into a museum. This memorial has twelve galleries. * Nazrul Square
Nazrul Square is also known as DC Hill. This is the center of almost all cultural activities of Chittagong. An open stage is built here. On the top of the hill, there is a bungalow residence of Divisional Commissioner of Chittagong that’s why it’s called DC Hill.
* Butterfly Park
The only tropical garden in Bangladesh with Live Butterfly is Butterfly Park Bangladesh situated at 15 Naval Academy, Patenga, Chittagong.

* Chittagong Zoo
Chittagong zoo is situated in Chittagong Foy’s Lake area with an area of 5 acres of land. It was inaugurated in February 1989 it is operated by the Chittagong district administration. At first, there were 22 animals and 5 different species. A new aviary has constructed by the zoo authorities. The 60-foot long, 25-foot wide and 30-foot high aviary has 20 pairs of love birds, 50 pairs of laughing doves, 10 pairs of pheasants, 10 pairs of ringneck parakeets, 50 pairs of cockatiels, and one pair of macaws. The opening hour of the zoo is 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday to Thursday. Friday the zoo remains closed.

* War cemetery
Chittagong War Cemetery is situated on the Badsha Meah Road in Chittagong city. It is a graveyard of the Commonwealth soldiers who was died during the Second World War (1939-1945). Commonwealth War Graves Commission maintains this Cemetery. There are Seventy Hundreds Fifty-Five graves of war casualties in this cemetery. They were from Japan 19, Netherlands 01, West Africa 90, East Africa 11, Undivided India 214, New Zealand 02, United Kingdom 378, Canada 25, Australia 09, Burma 02 and Non-soldiers 04.
* The Ethnological Museum
The Ethnological Museum of Chittagong is one of the most culturally enriching attractions in the city. The museum was established. At present eleven galleries to display the various features of lifestyle of the Twenty Nine ethnic groups of Bangladesh including 12 ethnic groups of Chittagong Hill Tracts
* Foys Lake
Foy’s Lake is an artificial lake in Chittagong. Mr. Foy who was a railway engineer the lake was named after. The purpose of making the lake was to provide water to the inhabitants of the railway colony. The owner of the land is Railway. If you want to feel the beauty of hills and water you must visit the place. At present Concord Group manages an amusement park and the resort is located here.
